My client, a prestigious auctioneering firm located in the heart of Central London is searching for an Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys a variety of tasks, and has an interest in the auction industry or collectibles such as stamps.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering bids and buyer/seller information.
  • Create invoices and handle payment transactions.
  • Pack and ship auction lots, ensuring their safe and timely delivery.
  • Undertake physical tasks such as moving boxes around the office.
  • Carry out reception duties, including answering the phone and greeting clients.
  • Utilise Microsoft 365 for tasks such as managing excel spreadsheets and email correspondence.
