Professional Requirements

We are seeking an experienced quantity surveyor with a minimum of three to five years' experience in residential construction or similar commercial construction environments. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is essential, complemented by strong commercial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and proven ability to manage complex financial landscapes within construction projects.

Technical Competencies

The successful candidate must demonstrate advanced proficiency in quantity surveying software, detailed cost analysis, and financial reporting. Extensive knowledge of construction procurement methods, contract management, and current industry financial practices will be crucial to success in this role. Proven ability to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, and senior management is essential.

Exceptional Compensation Package
