Salary: £45000 - £55000/annum plus 15% bonus and benefits

We have an incredible opportunity for a Training and Operations Manager to join one of the UK's fastest growing transportation organisations. You will be accountable for organising, planning and executing all aspects of training and recruitment across the Operating Company including operations, engineering and functional support teams. You will play a pivotal role working with the senior leadership team to ensure that local recruitment and onboarding requirements are met as required.
Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + 15% annual Bonus
Location - Leeds (hybrid set up with 3 days in the office 2 days from home)
The successful candidate will -
* Hold GCSE English language; GCSE Mathematics; PCV licence (mandatory); Professional training qualification and ILM Level 3 certification in Coaching & Mentoring (desirable)
* Have similar operational experience, ideally within transportation or manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, rail, automotive sectors.
* Have a positive attitude and work ethic
* Have the ability to lead a team effectively in order to achieve operational goals as laid out in the overall organisational strategy
