Job Title: Soldering Technician
Location: Poole, Dorset
Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 7.00am-17.00pm - Thursday, 7.00am-16.30pm
37.5 hours per week - 4 day week!

About the Role:
Actio Recruitment is assisting our electronics client in Poole in their search for experienced Soldering Technicians. This full-time role requires candidates with proven expertise in soldering through-hole and surface mount components. You will be working in a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality standards are met in the production of electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform precise soldering of through-hole and surface mount components.
• Ensure all soldering work meets company and industry quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines.
• Inspect and test components to ensure proper assembly and functionality.

IPC Certification desirable but not essential, if you have proven time spent in Electronics/Electro-Mechanical Assembly or Soldering roles.
