Senior Data Analyst (Subscription analytics) - Leading Media Owner - £60,000 - £75,000

The Company

A Senior Data Analyst opportunity at one of UK's leading publishers who have a global presence. Part of a larger media group, their brands deliver highly engaging, trusted content to millions of loyal customers around the globe. Their brands reach over 24 million people daily, reaching over 10 million daily readers across the UK.

You will have the opportunity to bring continuous improvement, evolution and best practices of Subscriber Retention across multiple famous brands. You will ideally be a subject matter expert (SME) in Customer/Subscriber retention for an internet-based organisation and will be intimately familiar with web derived data, providing pivotal guidance and insights required to grow a new part of our business

• Gain strong experience with multiple cloud technologies Azure and GCP.

The Job

• Work closely with the wider Customer and Data Insights team o design and implement targeted customer retention campaigns based on the insights gained from your data analysis
• Calculate and analyse CLV to understand the long-term profitability of identified subscriber segments
• Work with Subscription Team to analyse performance of A/B testing on various churn mitigation strategies to identify the most effective interventions
• Develop and monitor key subscriber health metrics, such as engagement, satisfaction, and usage patterns across our multiple web products
• Devise and produce regular KPI Reporting and Key Metrics Monitoring

You

• Strong proficiency with Python, SQL and Azure or GCP
• 4-10 years experience and any across the media or publisher space would be ideal
• Experience with subscription, retention or customer analytics
