Job Purpose

The main feature of this role is to be responsible for preparing and issuing effective client and CBRE reports.
To collect and collate the necessary data across a global account and produce high quality insights into the performance of the account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, prepare and issue predefined reports for both internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the central contract data-base for the account.
  • Prepare account review documentation. Including but not limited to:
  • Account Monthly Operational Report
  • Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Work with Operational, Finance, QHSE, Commercial, HR leads to collect data and ensure a consistent approach to reporting.
  • Work with internal teams such as Vantage to automate and develop meaningful dashboards for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Organise review meetings as necessary.


Education

  • Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard) which will include an English and Maths qualification.
  • Higher educational qualifications to A Level/HNC/D/GNVQ would be beneficial.


Training

  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in using / creating in Power BI & SmartSheet would be an advantage.
  • Experience of using Finance Support Systems, would be beneficial.
  • Experience in using CMMS systems is desirable


Experience

  • Experience of a similar role – being able to demonstrate high quality data gathering, analysis and reporting.
  • Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
