A dynamic and innovative construction firm specialising in the design, construction, and maintenance of Data Centres and critical infrastructure projects is seeking a Mechanical Package Manager to join onto a super-scale data centre project located in Slough. The project completion date is set for September 2025, and owing to the company's expansion and successes, there will be ongoing work in the Surrey area until 2029.

Responsibilities:  

Lead and manage the mechanical construction activities of the Data Centre project from start to finish.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance and resolve any conflicts or issues.
Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
Monitor and control project progress, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or delays.
