We are recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse supervisor to supervise a small team of experienced warehouse operatives. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, organisation, and being customer focused. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and be comfortable handling both physical warehouse duties and computer-based tasks, including data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising and supporting a team.

* Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

* Dealing with customers professionally and effectively.

* Managing stock control, data entry, and system updates.

* Operating a forklift (Counterbalance FLT licence required).

* Ensuring health & safety and warehouse best practices are followed.

* Working closely with the Operations and Warehouse Manager to streamline processes.

Requirements:

* We are looking for candidates with previous supervisory experience

* Strong customer service skills

* FLT CB licence is essential

* Must be comfortable with computer-based tasks including data entry

This is a permanent position working daytime hours. 40 hours a week
