Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

The right candidate will have a strong rail, civils, infrastructure background and experience working for a consultancy. Continually strive to develop new business opportunities whilst developing knowledge and expertise of the team. You will be expected to have the following qualities:

• Rail, civils or infrastructure background

• Chartership RICS Accredited

• Consultancy experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to manage a team

• Degree level qualification

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
