Assembly/Mechanical Fitters - Aerospace Manufacturing - Gloucester ✈️

We're partnering with a world-renowned aerospace manufacturer to recruit experienced Assembly/Mechanical Fitters for their Gloucester facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, contributing to high-precision components in collaboration with Airbus for the next generation of aircraft.

The Role:
- Assemble and test aerospace components to the highest industry standards.
- Carry out administrative tasks to support project completion.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Apply your fitting/assembly expertise (aerospace experience preferred, but other industries considered).

What You'll Need:
- A completed full engineering apprenticeship or a Level 3 qualification in an engineering-related field.
- Hands-on experience in fitting or assembly with a keen eye for detail.

What's on Offer:
- Salary: Starting at £37,300, with shift allowances increasing earnings to approximately £45k.
- Shifts: Rotating 2-week pattern of days, lates, and nights.
- Shift Premiums: 38.5% for nights, 39.75% for lates.
