Our client, a Leading Legal 500 firm based in the Northamptonshire area, are looking to recruit a Solicitor onto their Commercial Property team. They are ideally looking for 2+ PQE however candidates that are NQ upwards will be considered. You are required to be qualified for this role.They are looking to recruit a Solicitor with prior Commercial Property experience, to work independently on their own caseload. There will be support provided by the Partners and other members of the team.Duties:

• Leases
• Freehold property
• Development land
• Agricultural property
• Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
• Dealing with commercial lenders
• Option agreements, promotion agreements and overage

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor and possess strong Commercial Property experience and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
