We are currently seeking a facilities maintenance technician/handyman to join one of our most impressive clients, operating in the specialist manufacturing industry; they supply products to the food, pharma & biotechnology industries. The business has continued to grow throughout challenging economic times, including having a factory extension planned in the near future.

Purpose of Role:

To perform general maintenance and repair of the site equipment, facilities and grounds. The role will also involve recording and monitoring duties of the production and facilities equipment, as well as general administrative duties for the Maintenance Team.

Accurate inventory management of maintenance stores

Requirements:

Experience in Building Maintenance, plumbing, refurbishment work, electrical maintenance and experience working with heating systems
