AJ Chambers is partnered with a highly supportive regional law firm recruiting a Conveyancing Legal Assistant.

You will play an integral part of our growing and very successful team providing exceptional levels of customer service to our lawyers and clients ensuring a successful and smooth transaction.

Responsibilities include file opening and initial correspondence with clients and solicitors on the other side of the transaction, producing first drafts of legal forms, post-completion duties, dealing with completion and liaising with clients, agents and other solicitors.

This role will suit someone who has considerable experience gained from working in a property team in a law firm.

You will possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and stay calm under pressure.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as well as being a great communicator and a confident telephone manner to engage with our clients is required.

You must have prior experience working in a law firm, supporting a Property department. If you do not have this, your application will not be considered.
