You will work as part of the senior management team to support quality and compliance across a group of Elysium CAMHS Services including Bere Clinic, Brighton & Hove Clinic, Middlewood and Emerald Place.
You will work along side Hospital Directors, Senior Management Teams, Ward Managers and Clinical Teams within the CAMHS GAU & Eating Disorder Services to implement quality improvements within clinical and operational processes that lead to overall increases in the delivery of quality services.
You will be responsible for supporting the overall quality assurance agenda across a group of Elysium CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services, reporting to the Regional Service Director.
This position is a 12-month FTC (maternity cover).
As a Regional CAMHS Quality Manager, you will be:
- Responsible for supporting the overall quality assurance agenda across a group of Elysium CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services, reporting to the Regional Service Director.
- Monitoring of quality and assurance within Elysium CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services in line with CQC, NHS England, NHS Wales, CCG's and Elysium polices and values.
- Working with the site Quality Assurance Leads to ensure robust quality assurance structures, systems and processes are in place and effective within the Elysium CAMHS & Specialist Services.
- Working together with stakeholders to discuss solutions to quality issues and to satisfy customer expectations about Elysium CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services.
- Promoting a culture of quality within the Elysium CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services.
- Taking on the role of QI lead for a group of CAMHS Services, providing advice and support and sharing safeguarding reports via the Elysium governance structures.
- Supporting implementation the CAMHS CQUINs programme within Elysium CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services.
- Undertaking incident and complaint investigations as required by the Regional Service Director.
- Promoting the engagement of young people and their carers and a culture of co-production and involvement.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years senior professional leadership or Nurse Management experience.
- Be able to demonstrate relevant nursing practice with current NMC registration.
- Must be capable of providing direct clinical support when required through current nurse registration and continuing professional nurse practice and development.
- Educated to Masters degree-level and/or evidence of relevant post qualification study and research experience, and continuing professional and personal development.
- You will be able to travel to Elysium sites as required, the requirement of 4-5 days per week
