Ottolenghi Richmond – Sous Chef

Ottolenghi have opened a brand new restaurant in the lovely Richmond and we are now looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our fantastic back of house team.

As Sous Chef at Ottolenghi Richmond, you will be:

  • Generous, kind and dedicated. At Ottolenghi Richmond, we treat each other as we do our guests
  • Supporting the Head Chef, overseeing the kitchen operations of our restaurant and/or deli
  • Passionate about food, have a creative flair, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality food
  • Developing and designing menus with the Head Chef and Executive Chef that reflect Ottolenghi’s values
  • Supporting the Head Chef managing food and labour costs, including stock takes to ensure profitability and budget targets are met
