About the Role:We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious Tier 1 client for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their team, focusing on the commercial aspects of water projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to contribute to significant projects within the water and utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all commercial aspects of water projects, ensuring cost control and financial management.
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure project efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Previous experience working on projects within the water and utilities sector is essential.
Strong knowledge of commercial management and contract administration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.Benefits:
