Exciting Opportunity for a high billing Recruitment consultant to become a Director within an existing Recruitment Company - Build and Lead Your Own Team

We are working with a fast-growing recruitment company is looking to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to come on board as a Director and take the reins in building and scaling their recruitment operations. This is an exciting chance for someone to shape the future of a recruitment business, with the potential to build a team under your leadership, carve out your dedicated sector, and work towards an equity stake in the company.

The company has ambitious plans to become one of the largest and most successful recruitment businesses in the UK over the next 5 years, and they are looking for a driven, experienced recruiter to help make that vision a reality. As a Director, you will have the autonomy to develop your sector, implement the recruitment strategies, and ultimately grow into a key leadership role within the business.

About the Role:

As the Director, you will oversee a dedicated recruitment sector, managing the full 360 recruitment process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for building out your team, mentoring and supporting them, and driving the sector's success. The opportunity offers substantial growth potential, including the possibility of equity within your sector as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and grow a dedicated recruitment sector, building and managing your own team.

* Head-hunt passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other methods.

* Negotiate with candidates regarding salaries and roles to secure top talent.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth candidate experiences.

* Write and post job adverts, ensuring they attract the right candidates.

* Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

* Work closely with the leadership team to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

* Maintain accurate candidate records within the company CRM.

* Leverage social media and other platforms for talent acquisition and lead generation.

* Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven recruitment experience in any sector, with a strong 360 recruitment background.

* Ability to drive sales and meet recruitment targets.

* Strong CRM system, LinkedIn, and Excel skills.

* A proven track record of success in recruitment.

* Ambitious, with a desire to grow into a senior leadership role.

* Financially driven and motivated to contribute to the growth and success of the business.

* Prior experience building and leading a team is highly desirable but not essential.

Package and Benefits:

* Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 - £45,000 base, with commission (DOE).
