Job Title: Technical Manager

Salary: £55k - £65k + package (maybe more depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based near Portsmouth that specializes in delivery of new build housing and apartmants across the South of the UK. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking a Technical Manager/Coordinator to work alongside another Technical Manager reporting into the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years experience working as a Technical/Design Manager or Coordinator for a main contractor, preferably on residential builds, but not essential and must be based within an hour of the office in Portsmouth.
