Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Portsmouth
Job Type: Ongoing Contract
Pay Rate: Up to £15 per hour PAYE / £19.80 umbrella (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Overtime: Plenty of overtime available at a premium! Time and a third on weekdays, time and a half on weekends.

Key Responsibilities of the Electronics Assembler

Full cable assembly, including harness and loom building

PCB assembly

Working from engineering drawings

Adhering to IPC-620 and IPC-610 standards

Skills and Experience Required for the Electronics Assembler

Previous experience in PCB assembly

Cable and harness assembly expertise

Familiarity with IPC-620 and IPC-610 standards (certification is a plus but not essential)

Previous experience working to IPC-620 and IPC-610 guidelines is highly desirable
