GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a motivated Humanities Graduate who can work as a Cover supervisor to help support secondary schools in Lincoln. This position offers a competitive pay rate and is perfect for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging Humanities lessons as a Cover supervisor in a secondary school setting.
Provide individual and small group support to students.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students in their academic and personal development.
Requirements:

Recent graduate in a Humanities-related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
Passion for education and student support.
