An exciting opportunity has opened up with a leading Environmental Consultancy known for providing a comprehensive range of environmental and risk management services across the UK. With over 20 years of industry experience, this company has built a stellar reputation, working with clients ranging from major developers to housing associations.

The Role:

This is a fantastic chance for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join a respected team and contribute to high-profile projects. You'll be involved in a variety of work, from conducting asbestos surveys to air monitoring and 4 stage clearances. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct demolition, refurbishment, and management surveys in Commercial, Domestic and Industrial settings.

* Collect bulk samples and liaise with accredited laboratories.

* Perform air monitoring, including airborne fibre counting.

* Undertake 4-stage clearance, background checks, leak reassurance, and re-occupation testing.

* Compile detailed reports based on collected data.

* Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of service at all times.

Essential Requirements:

* BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH3).

* A minimum of 12 months working in a dual role (Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst).

* Strong technical knowledge in asbestos surveying and air monitoring, a good grasp of asbestos-related health and safety legislation and solid IT and numeracy skills.

* Full UK driving license, with flexibility to travel.

* Familiarity with TEAMS or similar software.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
