An Interim Recruitment Partner to:

• Coaching, advising and partnering with hiring managers and the wider business on recruitment activity
• Improve recruitment strategies within the organisation
• Provide support and advice on all resourcing matters to hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation
• Creating job descriptions and adverts
• Other responsibilities to be discussed

Profile

The Recruitment Partner will:

• Previous experience in a Recruitment Partnering role

• Experience within the Not-for-Profit sector desirable

• Excellent understanding of UK employment legislation

• Able to start immediately

Job Offer

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum
