Property Manager / Block Manager - Penarth (Vale of Glamorgan) - £35-40k

We're working with a long-established, forward thinking independent property management company based in Penarth who manage an eclectic mix of residential apartment blocks, residential estates, commercial sites and business parks for a variety of clients locally.

As a result of portfolio growth through recommendation, they are now looking to hire an additional property manager / block manager as follows:

* Office based (except for site visits), in Penarth, over a 37 hour week with an early finish on Fridays

* You will have 2 years direct block management experience, having covered the full range of leasehold tasks from service charge budgets to major works, insurance matters and site inspections

* Overseeing a local, quality and long held portfolio undertaking the full range of duties as required

* Friendly, longstanding team with excellent career opportunities and investment in training

* Reasonable standard of IT literacy expected (in-house CRM / Microsoft office etc.)

* Full driving license and own vehicle required, expenses reimbursed for all business mileage covered

The successful Property Manager / Block Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £40k (depending on experience and qualification) alongside private healthcare, company events/socials and pension.
