Are you a seasoned Estimator ready to step into a senior role with a growing, fast-paced contractor? We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our client's dynamic team, specialising in refurbishment and fit-out works across commercial, education and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
Evaluate drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive budgets
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
Collaborate closely with project managers and commercial teams
Attend pre-tender meetings and client presentations when required
Support and mentor junior estimating staff
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in estimating refurbishment and fit-out projects (minimum 5 years)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry pricing
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (preferred)
