Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £33,187 - £34,403 per annum + £150/month on-call payment

Join as as a Deputy Manager for our 3-bedded EBD children's residential home in Bicester, where we support young people aged 13 to 16 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. As Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the young people, and leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead, support, and develop staff to ensure high standards of care.
• 
  Liaise with external agencies to meet the young people's needs.
• 
  Conduct risk assessments and promote a positive health and safety culture.
• 
  Foster positive relationships with young people, acting as a role model.
• 
  Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.

Essential Requirements:

• 
  QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or working towards.
• 
  Experience in a leadership role in a residential setting.
• 
  Full UK driving licence.
