About the company? Known for their strong staff retention and encouraging working environment, this small to medium sized Architectural practice based in the centre of Cambridge are now looking to add a 10th member to their team, someone with experience in the residential sector who wants to join a company that look after each other. Working across the residential sector, they have a nearly even split of developer and one off luxury/high end house projects to offer, with almost 50% of their new business coming from repeat business and doing a really good job! They’re a very technical strong business who are now looking for a creative Architect who has good RIBA stage 1 to 3 experience that can support the team. They’re a very supportive team, with the Directors constantly offering guidance, working closely with all members of staff and pushing the team – there are no ego’s in the business! They have quarterly 1 on 1 reviews which offers the opportunity to discuss progression and development.
