They are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee high-end stonework installations on premier residential and commercial sites.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for managing on-site operations of high-end fit out projects, ensuring the highest standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and craftspeople to achieve flawless execution, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing all day-to-day operations on-site, including scheduling, quality control, and workforce management

* Ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and high-specification quality standards

* Conducting regular site inspections and managing health and safety protocols

* Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow

* Addressing and resolving on-site issues promptly and efficiently

* Maintaining detailed site records, reporting progress, and escalating issues as necessary

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within high-end fit out sector.

* Strong background in stonework or luxury materials, with an eye for detail and quality

* Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders

* Relevant qualifications in construction, site management, or related fields
