Delivery Driver - Manchester - Immediate start

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Delivery Operative. The role of Royal Mail Delivery Operative is based in Manchester M24 2YX

You don't need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving License; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Shifts for Royal Mail Delivery Operative (Must be flexible with your hours):

• 08:30 - 16:30
• 5 days a week between Monday - Friday
• Optional Saturday morning OT

Pay for Royal Mail Delivery Operative :

• Monday to Saturday - £13.37 per hour
• Sunday - £15.36 per hour
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Royal Mail Delivery Operative :

• Sortation of round prior to departure
• Vehicle checks
• Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
• Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses

About You:

· You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License

· No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)

· Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot

· Be physically fit

· Happy to work outside in all weather conditions

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
