To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and skills: - Completion of a nursing degree program and attainment of RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
- Valid and active UK NMC registration
- Current registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body, ensuring your practice meets the necessary standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact and engage with patients, families, and colleagues

As a Newly Qualified Staff Nurse, you will have a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: - Providing direct and personalised patient care, including administering medications, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic well-being of residents, contributing your expertise to create comprehensive care plans and foster an inclusive care environment
- Advocating for residents' rights and providing essential emotional support to both residents and their families, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records and documentation, ensuring that all resident information is consistently updated and appropriately recorded
- Staying informed about best practices and participating in ongoing professional development, constantly seeking opportunities for growth and improvement in resident care
