The Operations Office Administrator will support all Transport and Operations in the day to day running of the Ops office/ Transport Operations.

The Role holder will support the Office Supervisor in all aspects of office duties including, allocating, invoicing, consignments,POD's and helping to resolve any issues that may occur duing the working shift, ensuring compliance in Health & Safety and ensuring Customer relations is kept to a high standered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Company Correspondence, including phone calls, emails,
  • Performing data entry roles for Transport
  • Dealing with Transport/ Carrier Problems.
  • Communicating with Batt Sales teams.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed and adhered too.
  • Be willing to learn all aspects of the Operations/Transport Roles within the Operations office.
  • Reliable, flexible and adaptable.
  • Excellent com unication and interpersonal.
  • Problem solving and time management ability.
  • Able to perfor a wide range of duties.
  • Ensuring comp iance with all relevant regulations and industry.
  • Maintain a safe working enviroment for all.

  • Highly organised, strong time keeper, ability to keep records that can help the Supervisor to make informed decisions

  • Comfortable in all aspects of Microsoft office

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm hourly rate of pay £11.50ph.
