FACTORY OPERATIVE

We currently have fantastic opportunities available for Factory Operatives, on a permanent basis, at our clients factory based in Latchingdon, Essex.

Factory Operative Responsibilities -

Be working as part of the team in production.

Assisting in the production or packing of all food products.

Operating machinery and equipment as required for the above activity.

Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed.

Ensures firm's policies and procedures are followed.

Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene

Working in a safe manner with due consideration for personal Health & Safety and that of

co-workers at all times

Must be autonomous.

Factory Operative Requirements.

Prior knowledge/experience of operating food production machinery.

Be able to work as part of a team.

Prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.

Respect shown to all people & customers.

Shows initiative.

Able to remain calm and focused during times of peak workload or during difficult situations.

Supportive and promoting of change, has a positive attitude and desire to drive forward new or improved initiatives.

Approachable at all times.

Proactive and always striving to achieve the best from own work as well as the work from the team.

Due to start time & location, own transport is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
