Our client is currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on the Clinical Lead role, offering an exciting opportunity to make an impact and lead a team delivering excellent care.

As Clinical Lead, you will:
• Provide compassionate, high-standard care for individuals with mental health needs
• Foster professional growth and development within your team by delivering impactful training and support
• Collaborate with residents to develop personalised care plans, assessing and monitoring their progress
• Work alongside multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the wellbeing and safety of each resident
• Uphold the highest standards of practice, following ethical guidelines, and ensuring respect for the rights and dignity of others

You will bring:
• A relevant nursing qualification and registration (RMN or RNLD)
• Previous experience in a mental health setting
• Strong team-working skills, with a flexible and proactive approach
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and person-centred care
• A desire to continually enhance your own professional development

Experience:
• 5 years of nursing experience (preferred)
