Justice Support Worker
Salary: £26,460 per annum + Benefits - Successful candidates are subject to our Development Progression Scale, as well as annual salary reviews
Based at Wolverhampton Activity HUB - Multi-site travel required on occasion
If successful you will be responsible for supporting an active Caseload of Participants; addressing engagement barriers and progressing toward successful outcomes.
What you will be doing:
- Engaging with participants & developing trust-based, positive relationships to provide an appropriate level of ongoing support for an active caseload
- Signposting individuals to relevant activities, partner agencies & Peer Mentors
- Supporting individuals with accessing activities and opportunities through effective coaching & mentoring
To be successful you will require:
- Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
- Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
- The ability to deliver short and tailored interventions to address barriers within a given timeframe
