Location: Midland Metropolitan University Hospital, Birmingham

Employment: Permanent (Full-time or Part-time options)

Salary: £37,339 - £44,962 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Whether you're looking for an inpatient or outpatient settings - there are a variety of vacancies across midwifery.

• Act as the professional lead for low-risk women, promoting the normal birthing process
• Deliver culturally competent midwifery care
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being in pregnancy
• To promote the uptake and provision of parent education to help parents to make and effective and confident transition to parenthood
• Assess and make appropriate referral of women for specialist counselling and support as appropriate
• Mentor and support junior midwives and student midwives

The Ideal Candidate:

• You must be a Registered Midwife on the NMC Professional Register
• Have experience working in the UK as a Midwife
• Continued CPD to maintain your ability to practice
