• Managing a portfolio of personal and trust tax clients, including complex and high-net-worth individuals
• Reviewing tax returns and other work prepared by junior team members
• Providing proactive and cost-effective tax advice that meets both client needs and regulatory requirements
• Assisting in training, coaching, and mentoring less experienced team members
• Supporting the day-to-day management of the personal tax team
• Conducting research and drafting private client and employment tax advice
• Liaising with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service
• Working closely with Senior Management and Partners to refine processes and improve efficiency

• CTA qualified or qualified by experience
• At least four years’ post-qualification experience in Personal Tax
• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax compliance and advisory work
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
• Excellent time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
• Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
• Exposure to tax advisory work (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of other taxes (beneficial but not required)
