Responsibilities:

• Craft personalized lessons that cater to each student's unique abilities.

• Adapt your teaching methods to suit the needs of dyslexic learners or sign language for our hearing-impaired apprentices.

• Collaborate with fellow aka classroom teachers to create captivating activities aligned with the curriculum.

• Assess and nurture growth, ensuring that young students thrive academically and emotionally.

Requirements (Essential Spells):

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent from the UK

• Previous teaching experience at a SEN setting from the UK

• Passion for inspiring forward-thinking SEN practice.

• Ability to collaborate with parents, guardians, and professionals.

• Mastery of behaviours management skills

Mandatory Documents:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

• Right to Work in the UK

• Enhanced Child Barred List DBS Certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application through us

• Two Professional Child-Related References

• An Updated CV
