PCR are looking for an experienced QS in Bromley area on a temp freelance basis. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

Job Duties:

* Valuing variations

* Pricing Dayworks

* Working along site another QS

* Preparing Interim Valuations with Senior Surveyor and agreeing amounts for payment. This involves valuing work executed and materials on site

Responsibilities:

* BSc Quantity Surveying, or equivalent

* Complimentary relevant industry work experience

* Good analytical & problem-solving skills

* A methodical approach

* Excellent numeracy skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
