The Finance Business Partner opportunity will be focusing on key stakeholder relationships internally and looking into margin and discounting offerings, along with dashboard reporting and providing key visuals to Attorneys and other key senior stakeholders and management of the data team.

The role will involve engaging various operations managers, budget holders and stakeholders in driving continual improvement of performance against budget. This will not only require a thorough understanding of the business and its drivers, but importantly it will require a talented communicator who can effectively partner and influence people at all levels - from board to trainee.

What you'll need:

• A professional qualification (either ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with a bit of post-qualified experience in something of a similar role (i.e. finance analysis, dealing with non-finance people, etc.)
• Great communication skills. You'll need to master the art of building strong relationships with non-finance people at all levels, whilst retaining the ability to exert influence when needed.
• The desire to develop and progress your skills and career. Your drive and ambition will be crucial tools in accomplishing success and notable achievements in your role - and in helping the business complete the next stage of their growth strategy.
• Some existing achievements that demonstrate your ability to add commercial value. You'll need to think like a business person first, using your background in finance to inform your thoughts on the wider business in general.
