The Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of secondary schools across the Cambridgeshire region. This role provides both regular and ad-hoc opportunities, with potential for long-term assignments depending on your availability and preferences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across various subjects (depending on your specialism) that inspire and motivate students.
Supporting the implementation of school policies and contributing to the overall success of school-wide initiatives.
Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusive education for all.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment.
Providing constructive feedback on student progress and contributing to their academic achievement.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking qualified teachers who are passionate about education and committed to delivering exceptional teaching. The ideal candidate will:

Hold a recognised teaching qualification and a degree (or equivalent).
Have a proven track record of outstanding teaching practice and effective behaviour management.
Demonstrate experience in lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
Be capable of contributing to improvement planning to support student achievement.
Have experience teaching at KS3/KS4 and a strong ability to track and monitor pupil progress.
Be adaptable, professional, and ready to work in a range of school environments.
