Customer Service Advisor based in Warwick
Part Time, 20 and 30 hours per week

We are recruiting for a new Customer Service opportunity in Warwick!
This is a Customer Service Advisor role handling inbound calls from existing customers regarding a wide range of enquiries including; billings/payments, repairs, installations, replacement boilers as well as coordinating and booking appointments for engineers to attend repairs/replacements at the customers property.
Start Date: 18th November 2024
Contract: 12 weeks, temp to perm
Pay: £12.58 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday
Hours: 20 hour and 30 hour per week contracts available
- Working on shifts;
- 30 hours - 12pm to 6pm
- 20 hour - 2pm to 6pm
- Monday to Friday, 5 shifts per week
- Working 1 in 3 Saturdays with a rest day between Mon-Fri
- Please note, all candidates will need to be able to commit to 30 hours per week training across the first 3 weeks.
