Job Title: AdministratorContract Type: PermanentSalary: £24,627 per annum (pro rata £16,418 per annum)Working Hours: 25 hours per week Working Pattern: 25 hours across Monday – Thursday OR Monday – Friday (flexible hours per day)Location: Riverside Acorn Place, DerbyIf you share our values and are excited about making a significant impact at Riverside, please ensure you attach a current CV and covering letter. At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as an AdministratorThis role is based at Riverside Acorn Place in Alfreton Road, Derby.Riverside Acorn Place is a running office that is staffed 8am – 4pm daily. You will assist in the delivery of the administration service across a variety of supported and sheltered schemes and provide administration assistance within a client focused environment.CAR ESSENTIAL: The role involves collecting rental income from another site in Derby City Centre once per week on a Monday therefore someone with a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.About youWe are looking for someone with:
  • Experience of working with administration and financial systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds
  • Experience working in a customer focused environment within a residential setting with a diverse client group of vulnerable adults
  • Basic administrative skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • IT skills including purchase ordering systems. Full training will be provided.
