An Administrator is needed for a not-for-profit organisation. This role requires excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth operations in the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description

  • Support the Executive Directors
  • Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Maintain executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Organise and maintain the office filing system
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing information
  • Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence
  • Protect the organisation's value by keeping information confidential

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Experience in an Administrative position
  • A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • An understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Offer

  • A salary of £24,200 - 25,900 (pro rata = £21,080 - £22,500)
