We are recruiting on behalf of a leading packaging contractor in Horley, seeking a proactive and adaptable Production and Sales Assistant to join their dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email.
Process and document customer enquiries from initial contact through to design, quotation, production, and delivery stages.
Prepare accurate job quotes and follow up to convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders, processing these onto the CRM.
Manage production schedules in line with customer orders, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including technical designs for future reference.
Requirements:
Previous administration experience, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
Strong IT skills is beneficial.
Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and via email.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What's on Offer:
A competitive salary between £23,000 - £26,000pa, based on experience.
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
Statutory holiday entitlement and bank holidays.
