Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Salary: 24-26k (BOE) + bonus + commission. Salary increase to 30K after 12 months (based on performance)

Location: Cannock

Our client who is a specialist mortgage broker with over 20 years in the market is offering a great opportunity for somebody to progress into a mortgage adviser position all while on a strong basic and good commission.

This role would involve the occasional weekend.

The company are happy to fund the CeMAP qualification.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
Conducting fact finds
Emailing a confirmation of appointment to the client
Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
Learning from the Mortgage Advisors and widening their knowledge and skills
Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage AdvisorsRequirements to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;

CeMAP qualified would be ideal but not essential
Mortgage or financial experience required
You must be able to commute to Cannock as this is a fully office-based roleBenefits you will receive as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;
