Position Overview:As an Experienced Cover Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of education when teachers are unavailable. This dynamic role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior effectively, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for students across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons confidently, ensuring student engagement and participation.
• Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Apply strong behavior management strategies to address classroom disruptions effectively.
• Support the progress and development of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure continuity in students' learning experiences.

Requirements:

• Essential: A minimum of 1 year of UK-based experience working in schools.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• A positive and proactive attitude, coupled with a passion for education.
• The ability to create engaging and structured learning spaces.

Job Types:We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your schedule.

Pay:£110.00 - £145.00 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
