Requirements:

At least a bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
Strong knowledge of scientific concepts.
Passion for the education of students aged 11-16.
Dedication to the learning and wellbeing of young people.
A warm, friendly personality.
Previous experience of working with students or in a school setting is beneficial, but not mandatory. 
The Role

Assisting teaching staff in the planning and delivering of engaging GCSE Science lessons.
Assessing students' work and providing constructive feedback.
Tracking student progress and creating support strategies.
Aiding staff in running extracurricular activities.
Providing 1-2-1 and small group interventions to improve the attainment of GCSE Science students.
Participating in staff meetings and parents' evenings.
