Responsibilities for an Service Manager

Assist in the organisation and management of the service team and workshop.
Ensure timely and efficient call-outs, delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and parts availability.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with valued customers.
Manage all aspects of service delivery and workshop functions.

Requirements for Service Manager

Full UK Driving licence
Can do attitude
Ideally have a NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, Plant, HGV or Construction
Previous Agricultural experience

Other industries considered;

Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts / Agricultural
