We’re recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join an operations team to support with all things admin! Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within Administartion as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Head Administrator or similar. We’re looking for candidates that have a notice period of 2 weeks or less.
As an Administrative Assistant your role will include:
- Preparing quotes, bids, tenders and proposals
- Creating feedback surveys
- Supporting other departments with other ad-hoc duties
- Handling client and team enquires by logging, taking, chasing and resolving any issues
Skills Required:
- Great communication skills both written and verbally
- Previous administration experience
- Highly organised and a key eye to detail
- Be able to drive with your own vehicle due to the location of the business

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm this role is fully office based in Arundel and paying a salary of £25,000. You do need a valid UK driving licence with your own vehicle due to the location.
