Talent-UK are recruiting for an experienced Laser Operator on behalf of their client, a well-established manufacturing business in the Normanton area, the role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, weekly attendance bonus and overtime available at uplifted rates of pay. Responsibilities of the Laser Operator:

• Setting and operating CNC laser cutting machines to fabricate sheet metal parts
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Loading and unloading materials
• Batch work and one-off assignments
• Inspection of finished components
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

 Experience of the Laser Operator:

• Experience of operating laser machines is essential
• Ideally worked with Amada
• Previous experience of working in and engineering environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team

 Benefits of the Laser Operator:

• Hourly rate upto £15.95 per hour
• Rotating shifts 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday
• Overtime available at uplifted rates
• Attendance bonus available
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
