Required Skills:

* Minimum 1 year property management experience

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities

* Excellent organizational and administrative skills

* Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office

* Detail-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities

* Professional presentation

* Valid driving license and own vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

* Portfolio management

* Client relationship management (landlords and tenants)

* Maintenance issue resolution

* Deposit handling and negotiations

* Complaint resolution

* Property inspections

* Contractor database management

* Pre and post-tenancy coordination

* Supplier relationship development
